Insights + Impact
Social media is the stage.
And this is the part they don’t see, but feel.
Welcome to the page where raw numbers meet
quiet strategy. Here, you’ll find Jackson’s content
trackers – views, likes, comments, shares, and
engagement rates. But we’re not stopping at
surface metrics.
Insights + Impact also dives into what the numbers
might be whispering: audience patterns, story rhythms,
and what’s resonating (or missing the mark).
Because behind every interaction is a puzzle piece and,
behind that, a strategy.
Instagram posts: Static but with flair
The data in this section was pulled on June 22, 2025, and while numbers may shift over time, what they reveal about audience behavior and impact remains the same.
This section dives into Jackson’s photo posts and carousels, where the energy is slower, but no less impactful.
Reels may go viral, but these posts build identity, intimacy, and loyalty. Below are my findings when I’ve examined caption tone and how fans respond when the visuals aren’t moving but the emotions still are.

Note: The screenshot shown above is not the full report. A complete breakdown of all post metrics exists, but only select visuals are included to keep things focused and readable. Cool? Cool.
These figures got feelings:
Hips don’t lie. And neither do numbers:
The top three best posts are the Jakarta selfie (March 14th), the Elle magazine photo (March 18th), and the black-and-white selfie when he was in India (June 18th).
The first and last photos show that the audience loved the casual, warm, and feeling-like-your-bestie side of Jackson. The Elle magazine photo has a striking visual. Also? I personally think that wearing that kind of outfit does something to his fans. I don’t make the rules here. I just observe.
The carousel he posted came with a story: Delayed flight + cracked teeth + emotional rant = 778K likes, but fans flocked like he journaled directly to them. The visual didn’t drive virality. The vulnerability did. That caption was an accidental emotional blog post, and his fans ate it up.
Fans engage when it’s not just a visual, but also a tug at their senses.
Remember that cracked tooth post? Do it more intentionally. Maybe a once a month. Pair a caption with raw, unfiltered, day-in-the-life kind of photos or low-effort visual for even more authenticity and connection.
The top three posts with the highest combined engagement rate (likes + comments) suggest that caption relevance, emotional connection, or visual impact played a big role.
Spread content across different formats: Reels for hype, Stories for teasing, and posts for emotion.
The more it felt like Jackson the Human, the better the post did. The more it felt like Jackson the Product, the more fans scrolled past.
TikTok: The algorithm has feelings
The data in this section was pulled on June 7, 2025, and while numbers may shift over time, what they reveal about audience behavior and impact remains the same.
This section dives into Jackson’s TikTok activity, where the rules are looser and the chaos is very much intentional.
While other platforms build image, TikTok builds obsession. I’ve analyzed what made fans react, what moments sparked meaningful interaction, and what happened when Jackson stopped trying to impress and just started vibing.
This is more about energy, unpredictability, and the kind of fan connection you can’t stage even if you tried.

I eat numbers for breakfast:
The metrics have spoken:
What’s working in terms of views: The meme videos (April 8 & 13) had plenty of views and impressive engagement rates. These posts promote his music that feels very natural, and they did well. His fans obviously loved it!
What also worked? The candid photos from March 22 and 24. Fans are drawn to anything that feels real and raw. These two posts say, “He exists, and he’s somewhere with a camera.” Then the audience combusts. The views are high. The engagement rates are through the roof. Your marketing team is happy. Everyone is happy. It’s a win-win!
The teasers can sometimes feel like traditional promo clips. It’s fine for awareness, but they don’t prompt viewers to action or sharing. Fans scroll, watch, and move on.
Between Apr 14–23, there were around 11 remix videos, most of them with Number_i. The results? ~320–600K views each, with engagement rate hovering ~22-18%, with one dipping to 6.41%. There was repetition fatigue. The content felt the same, even though the music was great.
Jackson’s strongest engagement came from unexpected, one-off chaos. Not from back-to-back versions of the same remix push. Exhibit A: the meme-like videos (e.g., him in bed, smiling while holding his cell phone. “When she says she loves you but she only texts you at 3 AM.” while GBAD plays in the background; also Jackson in the gym with the caption, “When your body tells you it’s fine to have another pizza.” Again, GBAD song was used with this video.)
Teasers feel “promotional” and don’t generate as many interactive responses unless paired with something unexpected or personal.
You can make posts that feel like inside jokes or captions that echo with emotions. These aren’t just “fun” or “relatable.” They convert, too.
Fans respond emotionally to authentic, personal, or behind-the-scenes visuals over polished promos. This suggests a strong appetite for connection-based content.Jackson has a flair for writing good captions, which amplifies the post’s appeal. More emotional or meme-style formats resonate well, too.
YouTube: Visuals meet metrics
I’ve tracked the month-to-month view and subscriber growth, tied it to release activity, and uncovered what sparked surges, what slowed momentum, and what fans were really watching for.
This goes beyond the total number of views. It’s also about momentum shifts, content pacing, and how Jackson’s personality and energy play out when he has more than 30 seconds to make you feel things.
Data collected: June 22, 2025

2024 and 2025 metrics tell this story:
I’ll keep the story going with these recommendations :
In 2024, the channel experienced a net loss of over 29 million views. This is a natural result of Jackson’s year-long creative hiatus. This period marked a slowdown in content, engagement, and audience growth.
But in 2025, the energy shifted. Teasers, new releases, and social storytelling triggered a complete rebound, with over 67 million views gained in just five months, effectively erasing the previous year’s dip and rebuilding momentum from scratch.
Since Jackson’s first teaser in February 2025, the channel has gained over 120,000 new subscribers. This is a steady climb that reflects not just reach, but growing fan commitment.
April marks the viral peak of Jackson’s Magic Man 2 cycle with a 354% increase in views over March. This aligns with a sustained TikTok strategy, GBAD remix content, and meme-oriented fan engagement.
Even with April’s spike in views, May saw the highest subscriber gain (+40K), signaling that Jackson successfully converted viral attention into committed fans.
Between Feb–April, YouTube views surged by over 40 million, showing fans weren’t gone. They were waiting.
We’re not just chasing virality. We’re converting attention into lasting fan participation.
Continue to influence the emotional re-engagement wave that Jackson triggered post-hiatus. April was the proof-of-concept. My 3-week campaign proposal suggests what we can do to strengthen the engagement and connection with the community.
Continue to create TikTok-friendly content. Why? April’s 34M view spike happened without a major new MV drop around that time, and yet the YouTube channel exploded that month with a 354% increase over March.
So what did happen in April and how did it impact his YouTube channel? Jackson posted a ton of chaotic TikToks, GBAD remix videos, meme formats, and high-volume short-form content. This made him stay on everyone’s radar, which led to people viewing his YouTube videos.
Don’t rely on music alone to sustain view growth, though. Fans are often driven by context and behavior. Every music release needs a content ecosystem built around it.
Track which formats convert vs. which drive discovery. Each content format plays a different role: Some videos are designed to go wide and catch new fans (discovery), while others are crafted to deepen connection and convert those fans into long-term followers (conversion). By tagging and tracking these two content types separately, we can better measure what types of content build visibility vs. what build loyalty. Then we can scale accordingly.
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
Tired of all those numbers and paragraphs that never seem to end? Same. The good news? You’ve made it through that without yawning so much! Congratulations!
Now let’s go see what happens when we turn all that data into a campaign made for the fans, with the fans, and probably a little too much emotional energy.
